John Paul was an absolutely amazing room steward from day 1 he knew our names, introduced himself and always said hi to us by name when he saw us. Iulian Furcoiu most impressed us as a waiter he went out of his way to make our dining experience fantastic. We watched as Mario Gazan handled an irate cruiser who changed his order three times, but always said your right with a smile. His patience was amazing to watch.
