Overall I didn’t enjoy the attitudes of some of the staff members. Some seemed to be clueless when asked questions and some didn’t seem very friendly. Traveling with someone who is handicapped isn’t easy. Several members acted as if she were a burden and not a customer and that was upsetting

Interesting. Once again customer service when dealing with someone who has a physical limitation shouldn’t feel like we are bothering the staff for assistance
