Review summary

Went on a 4-day local cruise had fun and a relaxed ship is mellow but it is a booze cruise so go with it and have a blast. If you are looking for a better experience go with a larger ship 5-7 day.

I was originally worried about taking a shorter cruise to celebrate hubby’s 50th with the extended family but the timeframe we go fits with those coming with us, all are first time cruisers so I wanted them to have a good introduction to cruising. Thankfully, most of them drink so this might work in our favour-ish lol

We have paid $69 for a 7 day cruise... now at a higher price...

Not true. FTTF on the 4 day Inspiration cost $49 while the 4 day on Liberty cost $69. It goes by ship as well. I guess the reasoning is the Inspiration is older.

The cost of FTTF is relative to the length of the cruise, with the exception of Journey Cruises, where FTTF is not offered... ☹️

You're lucky. My 4 day FTTF costs $69 on Liberty. $49 is a bargain!
