Review summary

Overall my family are completely satisfied. One thing that I did remember that I didn’t like was when we were about to disembark, this old lady was asking a crew member named josh a quick question and he slams the sliding door on her infront of everyone. He’s lucky she wasn’t my grandma, that was not acceptable. When he went around the elevator to lead everyone to the exit, he completely dismissed her. So I told the lady to go to guest services instead. I thought he was rude for that.

Sagita and Punto Dodo made us feel at home. We sat by the window over looking the sunset. Sagita have my children crayons and paper to keep them entertained while waiting for our food. First time trying escargot and it was really good. The bread tasted fresh. Our main course was delicious. What highlighted the dinner was not just the food, really the way the servers treated us. At the Lido Buffet, the staff did an excellent job keeping the areas stocked up with food and keeping them clean, one of the many servers I remember doing this is Mark. Jane, also, served my family juices. Great attitude and very nice. They kept us 101% satisfied.

The DJ and the guy doing the hairy contest was so fun and very enjoyable to watch. We participated on the conga line dance, voting.

Everyone was on their A game. Professional and efficient. Ron, our room service personnel kept our room clean. He was respectful of our belongings more importantly. I appreciated him asking my family every time we pass him by if we need anything. Our room was super clean all the time. Thank you so much Ron.

Ron is absolutely what I need at home. He cleaned everything. My kids brought food all the time to the room and kept Ron busy. He did a fantastic job from vacuuming and getting us fresh towels everyday. 4 thumbs up from my husband and I.
