Food and Dining
5 out of 5
We ate at the late dining each night and the food was great. Tried all of the exotic dishes and found them to be delicious. Guys Burger Joint was a hit with my husband.
Carnivale Dining Room

Awesome! Great staff and food. Staff entertainment every night and they encourage guest participation.
Onboard Activities

Didn't get a chance to use the pool or hot tubs. Staff had to close, drain, scrub and refill the pool 2x because someone vomited in it. I only mention this because it shows how the cruise staff is vigilant about guest safety and cleanliness.
Serenity
4 out of 5
The 2 hot tubs were always full. People were camping in them for hours. There were wait staff always near and usually an open seat/lounger.
Entertainment
3 out of 5
Only went to 1 show at Punchliners. It was a family show. The comedian was ok but probably would have been better in the adult show.
Service and Staff

Hardly ever saw our room stewart but he did a good job. I ordered several things to be delivered to my room (including decorations) and everything was waiting for us when they were supposed to be and in good condition. The bartenders Gerard and We at the Atrium Bar were fantastic. None of the bars served watered down drinks to us.

Room was as expected. The plug in the bathroom wasn't working. I suggest bringing a power strip. Also, I specifically called Carnival to see if there were blowdryers in the room and was told there was. There are none. Had to have one delivered.
Ship tip
Take a shoe organizer for your toiletries and such and take a power strip. Get to know the staff it will be to your benefit.
