The cruise overall was okay seeing how it was my very first cruise. I really enjoyed myself and meet some awesome people.

The food in the buffet could have been better and somehow someone was able to use my cruise number to make an onboard purchase at a resturant that was not included with the cruise.

Great port, there were many things to do and shops to visit. The beach area was okay as well.

Ensenada, Mexico

There were literally, a few shops at the port inside this tiny building but other than that, you have to pay to ride a bus that will take you into town to see absolutely nothing. If I decide to go back, I will stay on the ship at this port. If you do decide to go off the ship like I did, its best to get American cash before you leave the ship, preferably 5’s and 10’s, you can negotiate with prices.

No steak house, only the Chef’s Table, which is a little pricey, but excellent. This is a great first cruise because it’s reasonably priced and not bad to help someone to decide if they like cruising. If so, there are so many longer cruises, different cruise lines, larger ships, exotic ports to see. Good luck and happy cruising!

We find all cruise buffets blah, and definitely prefer main dining room. I don’t believe there are any specialty restaurants on Inspiration (for fee) only upgraded steak in the main dining room.
