Review summary

Again we just wish things were open to use and the staff was a little bit more friendly and engaging.

Getting on the ship was quick and easy but no one was very inviting. I feel like we were more of an annoyance than guests on the ship

The dining room food was ok not the best. Restaurant was nice and good service. The bufferts food was not to great. The swirls station was down most of the time and we were pretty stoked on that. Coffee station and deli was closed a lot of the time. Tacos and burgers were good. Very poor customer service though throughout the whole trip.

Onboard Activities

The spas closed to early. The pool was closed basically the whole time and we were looking forward to it. The comedy shows were ok. The Dj’s played the same five songs basically the whole time.

The restaurant servers were very nice but pretty much everyone else on the ship made us feel like we were not wanted there and took forever to acknowledge us. I think We got a smile from Claudia and Greg (bar tenders) and that’s it

Very clean and well set up. Just wish the service was better and I wish the spas were open and the slide and the swirls station
