Review summary

We had a nice time overall but I got food poisoning the third morning and my husband Got sick the last day. We were super vigilant about cleanliness and I disinfected our cabin and bathroom. Our table mate reported he was super sick the first night. Our first and last cruise I'm sorry to say. Wanted more classes and if you don't get off the ships at port there isn't anything to do but swim and drink until 5 pm.

Embarkation

We purchased Faster to Fun which made it easy.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
We had drinks at dinner that arrived halfway through the meal each time. Cocktails were about $8 each and regular beer was $6. A coke was just under $3. Food wasn't that great and often lukewarm. Example, we were first in the regular dining room for breakfast and the whipped butter didn't melt on my pancakes because they weren't warm.

Onboard Activities

2 out of 5
Wished more things started early. Geared to night owls. No cooking classes or dance classes.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Really enjoyed the comedy

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
I would give it four stars but the photo staff were really annoying

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Minus a few stars for not disinfecting tables between customers

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Colors a bit dated but we love our cabin stewards

Agree with funboomer!!! Cruising isn't for everyone!!

I doubt it was food poisoning if the majority of the ship didn't come down with it. Sounds like a bug of some kind.
