Review summary

This was my very first cruise, and it sure as heck won't be my last. Carnival Cruise Line made everything about my vacation so enjoyable! I can't wait until my next cruise. I already booked it like 3 days after I got home!

Embarkation

I had faster to the fun (FTTF) . From the time I got my room key till the time on board, maybe 10 minutes if that. I loved it!

Food and Dining

All of the restaurants dning rooms, and buffets were superbly kept. Always clean and we'll stocked.

Mardi Gras Dining Room

I had your time dining in the Mardi Gras dining room. The service was impeccable. The food was scrumptious. Couldn't ask for better service. Our waiter Richard was phenomenal!

Onboard Activities

I participated in a scavenger hunt and a Christmas Trivia game. Both very entertaining.

Service and Staff

Our waiter (Richard) was phenomenal. The recognition I received, and the way I was greeted leaves nothing to the imagination. Even in passing on the ship, he still recognized me and remembered my name. Class service all the way!

Ship Quality

My personal opinion is, the entire crew were always cleaning something. Very clean ship, friendly crew. Amazing service.

Cabin / Stateroom

Everything about my cabin was superb.

Ship tip

I would say, go with an open mind. I was a little confused and timid at first, but the fellow cruisers and the entire staff made it a most memorable experience! Take advantage of the 24 hour pizza. I did!

my first cruise was on the Inspiration back in November .... 8 days after I returned I booked a 7 day on the Splendor in April. They got me hook, line & sinker.
