Review summary

As stated previously, we are not happy with . We never received our onboard ship credit. To be honest, i never really thought we would get it. It sounded like a scam from the beginning.

Everything was great except we were very disappointed to learn they don't serve lobster anymore on formal night. They charge an extra $20. Very sad.

I'm not sure if it was our fault but it did not seem to have too many things for our 4 year old.

Is it possible you booked a cabin with the obc, and changed the booking somewhere to get a better rate? That would then take away the obc?

Was the OBC thru the cruise line? or a TA? Cruise lines usually good about adding it to your account. TA OBC, good luck.

If you were promised it, you should have received it. Did you go to customer service and ask for it to be credited to your account. OBC isn't a scam. You just have to be savvy, check your bill which you received the night before disembarking. If it wasn't on your bill, go ask for it.

On carnival lobster is not included on short cruises it is on 7 days .it says so on their page.all pools are small on their ships.I've booked through a site n never had issue with onboard credits.did u go to customer service n ask,was it listed on your printout?u can check at their atms on the ship.even though my kids weren't in camp long when we cruised they had a blast...made treasure chest n went hunting for the gold did face painting etc.
