Review summary

If you have been on other cruises, lower your expectations before you take this trip. It's a short one so it can be tolerable but I wouldn't recommend it.

It was a typical embarkation experience. Went through security to get to an agent who was unpleasant and had little patience for questions.

I was a little disappointed in the buffet options. The Blue iguana and Guy's Burgers were good. The formal restaurant was the best bet.

The shows and entertainment staff were great and the comedians were hysterical!

The room steward was very nice. The restaurant hostess was rude and the servers in the dining rooms rushed us through dinner. The dining room manager came by to apologize , which was appreciated.

Overall the ship seemed ok.

Maybe because it was a short trip and the turnaround is very quick but our room was pretty dusty. I was most disappointed by one of the beds they gave up. It was a flimsy mattress laying on a frame directly on the floor (a cot with no legs). I spoke with guest services but all they did was bring something higher off the floor with no support so it was almost like a hammock. Very uncomfortable.

If you have been on other cruises, lower your expectations before you take this trip. It's a short one so it's tolerable, I guess.
