Unfair billing and Departure chaos

Sail Date: October 14, 2016

Reviewed: 1 month ago

Traveled As: Family (young children)

Room Type: Oceanview

1.  I have credit balance of $428.16 on my printed final statement, but they mailed the Carnival gift card only with $246.24. It 's $181.92 short!

2. Departure process for early fly/departure group is absolutely chaos and out of order.

The crew on Carnival Inspiration told us to go to the Paris Lounge waiting room if you have an early flight/departure. When we entered, NO ONE ELSE was there - as we were the first ones, so we took a seat in the closest booth relative to the exit. Later people started coming in and crowding at the door. Eventually, they created a line at the door where we were at the back, so in the end it's not "first come first served" it's "first come LAST served".
