I am sorry to complain

 I am not normally a complainer but, I feel there were things not told to me. Like the fact we must pay taxes on everything. Like the fact that EVERYTHING!! has a charge!! Like my card on board ship is connected to my debit card! Like I was getting refused a soda, EMBARRASSING!! Due to the fact that my debit card was declined. Several visits ti guest services, finally they fixed it. My luggage was searched with out me being present. We got the horse ride on the beach the horses were sad and not treated well. Please be sure to tell people these things so they are not let down as I was. I want to recognize that ALL THE STAFF was incredible, except for the guest service's people, there enthusiasm was not there.  I dreamt of taking a cruise all my life. I will not do it againCrying

Do not eat in the classy dining resturant, unless you want to dine with mean people!
