Review summary

We really enjoyed this Carnival ship. We experienced a problem with our luggage which was our own fault and Carnival cleaned our clothes at their expense. We also had to deal with the occasional smoke smell from passengers smoking in their room and Carnival did everything they could to get the odor out of our room.

The shows were mediocre. I also wished they had more family comedy shows. They had serveral rated "R" or adult only comedy but not very many for families.

Customer service on this ship was amazing. They were always kind and courteous and checked back after experiencing problems.

We loved the swimming with the sting rays. We had done this 10 years ago and had to do it again. Our crew on Emerald Eyes were very knowledgeable and friendly which we booked through Carnival.

Loved the beach at Money Bar. Great little spot to just chill with some beers for the day if you're looking to just relax and swim/snorkel.
