A GREAT CRUISE

Sail Date: April 28, 2007

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Oceanview

This ship has some apparent age on it and could have been updated more. Our cabin could have used a coat of paint. Bed were comfortable and nice bedding. This ship is quite obviously geared toward young families (which is great). We did not use this service, as our party of eight were all over 45 yrs. We celebrated our 50th with our children and spouses and our ann. was recognized. Food and service was excellent. Our cabin steward was average at best. Staff was friendly.

Pros: HAVING OUR FAMILY TOGETHER

Cons: OUR ROOMS WERE ON THE REAR OF THE SHIP - I HAD REQUESTED THAT WE MOVED TO MID-SHIP MANY TIMES (EVEN AFTER WE GOT ONBOARD) BUT COULD NEVER GET THAT DONE. I HAD BOOKED AND PAID FOR FOUR OUTSIDE CABINS IN JANUARY AND PEOPLE THAT I TALKED TO WHO HAD BOOKED 3 TO 4 WEEKS PRIOR TO SAILING HAD MID-SHIP

Recommends Carnival Inspiration? No.

Did the beach thing. Was fun, as our entire family got off and we spent the time together.
