It was my birthday cruise. I was looking forward to going to Catalina on Dec 30 for my birthday. But water was to ruff. Next time. Overall had a great birthday, because I was with my husband and son.

Comedy club was the best. Doug Williams the comic. He was off the chain (meaning he was funny as hell.) We laughed till we couldn't stop. Go see him when he is on the ship.

The dining staff was good. The housekeeping was also good. The customer service was lacking.

Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was really, nice. There was a lot of space in the room. But they forgot to clean the bathroom. I called and someone was there right way. We had 3 people in are room. One king bed and a trundle bed. The trundle bed broke the first night. I had to sleep on floor, they brought another bed the next day. It was also broken. So for the whole trip, I slept on a mattress on the floor. They told me that Carvinal will take care of me. I was given a number to call. We will see what happens.
Ship tip
Bring room spray. Drink plenty of water. Most of all let go and have fun.
Ship was not able to dock do to ruff waters. So we had to have 2 days at sea. I understand it was for are safety. And that was good that Carvinal took are safety into consideration. The island is very beautiful if you get a chance to see it. And there are a lot of fun things to do there.
