The whole experience was nice except the spa and buffet. I bought the soda package and it wasn’t worth it, it was so hard to have access to any soft drinks. The Spa area was rude and I would never ever use their services! The buffet didn’t have enough selection of food, I’ve had better on other cruises.

Loved the pizza and burgers and dinning restaurant. The buffet food wasn’t to our liking, Princess cruise had a better variety if I had to compare. The dining restaurant was a 10 out of 10!!!!

Horrible! The front desk lady was so rude, we will never go back! We tried to complain at the guest services and they said there’s nothing they can do. We went back to the spa and asked for a manager and they wasn’t one available until 5pm.

Amazing! The comedy show was our favorite! We went to see them every single night! It was so much fun! As far as the all the other entertainment Everyone was so energized and happy and things ran smoothly even!!

Manny room steward gets a 5star service!
Head waiter Karlo and his team , Radovan & Zijad 5 stars for sure!! Head waiter Rommel and his team Oliver & Irene gave us 5 star service. Also Irene made an amazing connection with my 94 year old grandmother, it brought us all to tears! She’s a 10 star for sure!! The only Horrible experience we had was with the Spa. We received a coupon for my mother’s birthday for a discount at the spa. We went to inquire and the service was horrible. The second we walked up there was a bad vibe with the receptionist she didn’t smile and acted like we interrupted her. We showed the receptionist the coupon and asked what we can use it towards and she was rude and said “what it says on the coupon “ then we asked what is a hair treatment she then stated “exactly what it says” we walked away and went to customer service and complained and they said there’s nothing they can do we need to go back to the spa and speak to the manager. We went back to the spa and they claimed there was no manager until 5pm. I will never ever use the spa even if it was complimentary! I’ll definitely travel Princess, Disney, Royal Caribbean before we choose carnival. This really left a bad taste in our mouth. Our family was so offended by her actions! We didn’t get her name, she was a thin built, bald african lady.

It was perfect, we had our steward Manny greet us and ask us every time he seen us if we needed anything. He was very polite and helpful.
Ship tip
There should be a senior care center just like the child care center. We traveled with my 94 year old grandmother and times she just wanted to stay inside but we couldn’t leave her alone.
