Review summary

We have been on several cruises and this one was literally the best one even though it was only 4 days. We didn't have any problems, the ship didn't have any problems, there were no hurricanes and everybody had fun! :) (and yes all those other things happened on past cruises!) :)

Embarkation

5 out of 5
We got to the port 15 minutes prior to our appointment time and we pretty much walked right onto the ship!

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The best we've had so far! Loved Guy's burgers! I am on a special diet and I worried that I would have a hard time finding food to eat but not hard whatsoever! I did sneak a burger from Guys but no bread or anything and it was great! Don't miss the Dr. Seuss Breakfast. My husband insisted we go for the Filet Mignon breakfast and he said it was perfect!

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Never a dull moment! Seemed like there was more to do this cruise than usual but the first day was Saint Patrick's day.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Loved the games and the bands were superb! Loved it all! The comedians were a riot!!

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
We had a bunch of nieces and nephews with us and they all used the Camp Ocean and my little niece is extremely shy and won't even come to me most of the time (She's 4) but she did NOT want to leave Camp Ocean! They were great! Thank you!

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Excellent! All super nice and very attentive and helpful. Love you all!

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
It was super clean and we stayed on deck 11 and it was very quiet and easy to get to places, like the SPA. :)

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Beds were super comfortable. The room was a good size and really clean. Our room steward was always nearby if we needed anything, she was great!

Ports of call

Long Beach (Los Angeles), California

5 out of 5
Hate LA traffic but we shuttled from the airport to the port. Port was easy and beautiful. Next time we will go see the Queen Mary.

Catalina Island, California

5 out of 5
We sat at a cafe and people watched, it was nice. Then we ate lunch at a place that looked like a pirate ship inside, it was nice!

Ensenada, Mexico

5 out of 5
We ate at a restaurant called Langostina's where we got a full lobster that was excellent! We first went to a little bar called Guadalajara and the ambience was great! There was a mariachi band playing and the free chips and salsa and $3 margaritas were flowing.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
We waited to the end nearly because we were with a group of 34 people and so we wanted to get as much time with our family before we left.. and they were great about it!
