Review summary

This was absolutely the worst cruise I've ever been on. I wouldn't recommend this ship to anyone. I was offered a bottle of wine as compensation and I don't even drink. This ship and poor staff should be retired.

Service and Staff

Server spilled a whole bottle of syrup on me at breakfast buffet. The top was not screwed on. I watched a woman get groped at the bar and none of the staff called for security. We asked 3 people to call. One server just smiled and walked away. I had to assist the lady down to guest services. I had to ask for towels everyday.

Old and worn ship

Window had missing caulk so cold air came through window. I had to put a towel in window to eliminate noise and air. No hot water the entire trip. I complained several times. They wanted me to move to another room with no upgrade at the very back of the ship away from my family. We booked the rooms close on purpose.

We just went on a 4 day Catalina and Encinada cruise on the Immagination cruise ship and it was fun, clean, and great service. Cruise date: May 12th to 16th There was a few wild and annoying people but it's what some people do to have Fun. I try not to let it ruin my day.

My apologies, I hit “Done” inadvertently before I completed my comment. If we had experienced the incidents that the OP did, I would be unhappy with the conduct as well, but the condition of the ship was just fine. As this appears (by the lack of cruise history and other info) as it’s their first cruise, I recommend them do just basic research about a ship before they cruise... Hopefully, better cruising in their future...

I was getting off of the Imagination at the time that the poster was embarking. I like Fantasy Class ships and found the ship to be just fine, and we enjoyed it.

Most cruise lines seem to put their older ships on the West Coast.
