The ship's specialty restaurants fell below my expectations. The quality of food for a specialty restaurant is that higher than the main dining rooms and buffets. The customer expects that the restaurant is spending time on the food that they are serving to their customers since the customer is waiting to be seated, and the atmosphere is different than that of a buffet. The food was very bland, distasteful, and lacked presentation.
BlueIguana had amazing pork tacos, a variety of different meat choices, and all of the food was fresh, and the service was quick.
The buffet's service was exceptional, had great presentation, and never ran out of food. It was something that I can quickly grab something from and not have to wait. The breakfast was better than the lunch and dinner. The lunch and dinner did lack some flavor. The desserts were the most disappointing factor. It did not offer the sweetness as expected from a dessert. The presentation was great though.
Onboard Activities

Benjamin was an amazing host because he was very entertaining, funny, and expected audience participation. They offered a variety of different shows to appeal to the different audiences on the ship. My boyfriend and I died laughing.
The punchline comedy club offered tons of laughs and kept us going in throughout the nights.

Iwayun was amazing! His service is one of the most exceptional services that I received from a waiter and I dine out at least 5 days out of the week. He was able to converse with us, had our food out in a timely manner, offered suggestions, and was very knowledgeable about other activities going on.
Pollo, was always very friendly, greeted us, and always made sure that we were happy with his room service.
Benjamin, always a delight to be around. Was funny, energetic, and offered knowledge about activities.
Everyone on the ship had WONDERFUL attitudes!

Everything was great and exceeded my expectations.
This was a great place!
The kayaking was an amazing experience! I do not know how to swim but wanted to do something adventurous! Randy and his son greeted us and offered us a great place to get coffee and ensured that I would enjoy the experience. Our instructors were patient, knowledgeable, and I was very grateful to have them by my side. Brandon was always offering me assistance when needed, and he was able to help me calm my nerves down. By the end of the trip, I was confident enough to go back with my partner, while we were ahead of the group. I would definitely recommend this excursion to anyone who has never done it before.
Parasailing was another amazing experience. I am deathly afraid of heights, but the driver, and the assistance that he had made it great. They had great music going on, had fun with us, and made sure that we were safe.
La Bufadora, it offered us a chance to go and visit other places while we were there. The other places offered tons of historical background, interaction with animals, and a great taste of their local food! We were able to interact with locals, purchase goods, and drink!
ATVs, Joaquin and Andrus were amazingly nice to me. They explained everything thoroughly to me, offered me the confidence I needed, and made sure that I was safe. They knew that I was new to it and wasn't confident in my abilities so they encouraged me and made me follow right behind the first driver to ensure that I was safe while pushing me to do my best. They were amazing and I would recommend the experience to other people.
Frederrico was a great tour guide, offered us insight on plenty of things in Ensenada and wanted to get to know us personally, making us feel welcomed.
