Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Food was great from start to finish. Wish the burger and Tacos was all day though. Open dining Dinner desserts were fantastic! They good was good too, tenderloin was the best and my daughter loved the salmon

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Super slide was great to have but according to my kids...it was not a smooth one. They needed up pushing themselves down. Not fast or slipped down the way they should, at the end of the turn, I saw my kids forcing themselves down to the end base. Was sad to look at. Games in the library was ok...missing or not working pieces. Loved the mini golf, checkers, and anything hands on was fun. Pool was ok.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Evening shows were fun to watch. Audience didn’t give them justice on the applause. They were entertaining

Children's Programs

The kids didn’t want to go in the kids clubs

Service and Staff

All was good enough. More greetings could help. Everyone likes to be acknowledged especially if you make eye contact. Some cooks, seemed to not like doing the same thing, you can see on their faces the lack of excitement. Can’t blame them. I’d be the same if i did repetitive duties but again, I make the best of it. Pizza and omelette guys- I got them to smile which was great but it was when they got tips. They weren’t bad just could be more welcoming. A simple smile and good morning/afternoon would help. Opening dining- Dinner:Good service but you’ll know when your server is being fake to gain tips. Be genuine it’s better and more relatable. Our 1st seated dining out female waitress was great, did her work to look and match us to our names (other nights, we were asked but that’s not bad either) she had a friendly soft face and also was our last nights female lserver. Males need to up your game. Females were killing it with out being extra and being themselves. If getting better tips are your goal (fellas)...need to up your game and take notes from these ladies. Wish I caught their names but we were rooms R40 & R46. All females were more comfortable to be with than the fake kindness from the fellas.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Clean everywhere, staff does a great job of cleaning after everyone

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Good size room beds and bathrooms. Only needed trash to be emptied and fresh towels for the days. Not really needed much to be serviced so our stateroom service had it easy

Ship tip

Bring something to make the bathroom smell good, a shoe pocket organizer and lots of seasickness pills. Also a multiple plug outlet!!! Or multiple USB port

Ports of call

Long Beach (Los Angeles), California
