Review summary

It was okay. The poo smell would go away sometime. Try not to be on a diet because there is so much food.

The pool was very cold. (three stars) Lulu, who gave me my massage was awesome. However, having the jogging track above the room was horrible. It was hard to relax with the loud boom-boom-boom of people running above me. (five stars for Lulu and two stars for Spa location)

Entertainment

The Rock show was awesome. and Doug Williams was extremely funny. My friends and I went to all of his shows. Karaoke was fun when the system worked.

The people answering the Guest Services phone were not very helpful. I had to go down to Guest Services on three different occasions to follow-up on issues I called about. Also, someone misprinted the information in one of the brochures, which stated the Green Eggs and Ham breakfast was free. When I brought this to the attend of Guest Services the didn't want to take off the full amount off. I has to call back three time to have the issue fixed.
