This was our 1st cruise ever. I was expecting the food to be a lot better. Service was great! Looking forward to my next cruise in 2020 to Alaska! I have learned to let the cruise line book my flight so maybe next cruise there wont be issues with embarkation and disembarkation and transfers!

Met carnival employee at the airport in baggage claim he put us in a taxi and were were on our way. Due to a scheduling misunderstanding our travel agent bought a fast to the fun pass and I had purchased transfers to and from the airport. I was under the impression that my luggage would be transferred to the ship for us. this was not the case. we hauled out luggage off the plane to the the taxi off the taxi to the checking station up the elevator up the ramps and finally to our rooms.

I was expecting the food to be a lot better. I believe the food in the buffet including Guys burgers, the pizza and the blue iguana would be better and not comparable to Chuck Arama or Golden Corral. At some times I think it would have been better if we would have went to Golden Corral. It seemed that all the food at the salad bar including meats cheeses and yogurt were room temperature and not cold or warm like it should have been. LOVED the FROZEN YOGURT!!!! The Smoothies were great too!
Onboard Activities

did not swim the pools were crowded and didn't look very clean. Played miniature golf with family it was fine.
Entertainment

Comedy acts were cute and towel folding was fun. Loved getting out pictures taken and finding them on the wall.
Children's Programs

I had one kid and she didn't want to go to the kids rooms alone and isn't a swimmer. We did towel folding and the comedy show very grateful to be able to attend those with her.

Wayne our steward was very nice. Loved our wait staff in the Pride Dining room loved the dances and entertainment there. Iwayne, Leonard, and the rest of them were great!!!

Was clean but hard to get to the other side of the room with the Murphy bed down. every time the light were turned on I thought a fire would start cause of the electrical buzzing sound and you could see weird wires by the phone and above the closet by the vanity area. Loved the location to the room. Not too loud and close to elevators and you got a good walk in and back when going for food. All 3 of the guest in our room use c-pap machines to sleep and I was so glad we brought extension cords. we had them strung out all over the cabin

Be sure to take an extension cord. If you are a non partier non drinker. Prepare yourself for a booze cruise.
Rushed we had an early flight and booked fast to the fun and tranfer to the airport. Got to the area for early disembarkation early and waited wondering if we were in the correct spot. Fineally a cruise employee came and we ran down the hall to to the stairs and down a flight of stairs with our luggage in tow off the ship. Down a few ramps through customs. Hurried to the shuttle and was told we would have to wait 1 hour for the shuttle to take us to the airport. I told the Transfer employee that I paid for a transfer and he said I could wait or I could PAY for a taxi. They brought us to the ship via taxi and I was fine taking one back to the airport but I already paid my transfer fees and now I had to pay the taxi driver an additional $60 to get to the airport so I could make my flight? UNEXCEPTABLE!!!!
