Review summary

Very enjoyable. Just needs upgrades on an older ship. Cruise director needs to come up with better entertainment. Atrium performances by Odessa & Kent from New Zealand was a pleasant surprise! They sang and played great music fit for a ship like the Imagination in California. They should be a regular and I will vouch for them.

Arnold and his crew took very good care of our table. We were very impressed!

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Daniel and Ben-Hur were very knowledgeable and patient in helping us with locating ALL of our pictures and facilitating the smooth transaction. They go out of their busy schedules to accommodate and are very friendly.

Children's Programs

1) My 16-year old teenager enjoyed his time on his first ever cruise. I signed him up with the O2 club and wants to come back. They were solid and very safety-conscious.2) In the Atrium, Odessa & Kent from New Zealand was the gem and surprise of our trip. Her vocals and his acoustics were spot on. Their song repertoire choices were great listening. They outperformed the other entertainers and held the audience whenever their scheduled performances started. They are perfect to be regulars on a ship that belongs to sunny southern california. I'm sure they'll stay and be permanent on this cruise line.

Service and Staff

Noelito, our cabin person, is awesome! He kept our areas clean and was always there when we needed assistance. His presence in our hallway made us feel like he is always available to help and clean up. This is what professionalism and dedication means when you're in the " cabin service" category. Thank you, Noelito!

Ship Quality

It's an older ship. It will need new upholstery, carpeting and room upgrades.

Cabin / Stateroom

It was what we expected, except for the portholes. It needs to be larger than what it has. It was missing the hair dryer, but Noelito provided it for us. Clean because he always made sure that it is!
