Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Everything was outstanding. Food was delicious and beautifully displayed. Drinks were great as well. My favorite bar is the Alchemy bar. I love the process of making a drink.

Onboard Activities

I didn't use any of the hot tubs our pools just cause they were crowded and didn't feel like being in other people's personal space that much. We got a gift card for $50 for the drips as this was out honeymoon cruise and that experience was not the best. If I could give it zero stars I would. When we booked our spa appointment we were so excited. When we got there to check in they put us in their soothing waiting room. They came in and said a name that wasn't ours so they went back out to their computers. They left us waiting there. After 15 minutes we got up and went back out to where you check to see what happened. By then my enthusiasm and excitement had faded. It seemed that when we booked they got our room number wrong. Yet I remember telling them our room number several times. Anyways we didn't get our spa experience and I won't be doing any spa experiences on the Imagination at least. It would have been better had they scanned our cards or really verified our room number with our names. Anyways that was the only thing that left a damper on this cruise.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Entertainment was once again amazing. Great talent. I enjoyed very much listening to Albert and the Chipmunk. They were amazing and so very talented. They drew great crowds. This was the best part of my cruise. They should be kept together and moved around different ships. They flow very well together. The other entertainer was Bri Zee. She was amazing in the Atrium. She played requests and interacted with her audience which made you feel like a part of if her show. Realty great talent!

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
There are no words to truly capture how amazing the crew and staff are. They are all so amazing and attentive in their job. Our cabin steward was Wason. He and his crew took very good care of us. He made sure we had fresh ice everyday. The rooms were cleaned and prepped really well. The staff in the Pride dining room were also amazing. Friendly and attentive. We got a nice surprise for our honeymoon and they made us feel very special. Everyone was great!

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
She was beautiful. Everything was very well tended to. The cleanliness of the ship was taken seriously as I always saw staff cleaning throughout the day.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
It was great. Didn't mind the interior room as we didn't spend lots of time in there. It was clean and comfortable. Size was great.

Ship tip

It's a beautiful ship, explore it and relax!

Ensenada, Mexico

This is a great port. It's an interesting place to get to know a little about Mexico. No excursions this time, we just took a taxi around and then walked around the little shops.
