Review summary

See above it is all addressed in the comments for the previous sections. I don't feel it is necessary to repeat what I have already typed above for a quick survey.

Embarkation

4 out of 5
Good. A little rushed and busy with the mandatory safety class. Not enough time to get a beverage and find a spot to enjoy the departing.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Good.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Bingo was expensive and boring. SPA massage was good but seemed focused on sales rather than self care recommendations.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Didn't get to see much. So much to do on the ship it was hard to get everywhere. Rock show was a little weak.

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
Daughter was very happy there. Need to know a better schedule of what they are doing throughout the day to pick times that daughter would like to participate.

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Room attendant was awesome. Most waiters and other personnel were great. A few servers seemed bothered.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Small. Needed more room, table room and balcony.

Ports of call

Long Beach (Los Angeles), California

4 out of 5
Found a great zip line at great cost on my own.

Ensenada, Mexico

4 out of 5
Quick trip not too much time to enjoy port.

Disembarkation

2 out of 5
Got called into customs due to spouses past. Should be informed that ship will be running back ground checks. That was very embarrassing and uncomfortable especially for our daughter to witness.

Sorry you were called into customs, but they DO inform you of that possibility in the contract you were provided upon booking. It's the guest's responsibility to read the legal contract and to "know before you go".
