Review summary

Would definitely do this cruise again - maybe wait to go on a different ship, just to see something else; was perfect amount of time to be on, would probably not do a much longer cruise.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
It was quick and easy - no problems at all, very easy to follow.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Buffets and dining room food was very good - breakfast was the best!

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
We did not really do many onboard activities, I'm sure they are a lot of fun though.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Loved the Dynasty lounge performances and the Karaoke lounge. The main lobby/atrium parties at night were very entertaining, definitely enjoyed these with the Cruise Director Cookie!

Children's Programs

We took no children with us.

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Most staff were very attentive and eager to please - dining room was a little slow at times, but overall was good.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Once we found our way around the ship, it was easy to get to the areas we mainly used. no problems

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Cabin size and comfort was just right for the 3-day cruise, no problems; the bathrooms were surprisingly big.

Ship tip

Get a cabin in the middle of the ship and make sure you use the stairs.

Ports of call

Long Beach (Los Angeles), California

4 out of 5
Just got on and off the ship here, didn't do anything else in Long Beach.

Ensenada, Mexico

4 out of 5
Got off ship in Ensenada and walked to main streets in town for shopping and lunch; had not problems, was a nice day.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Disembarking was no problem - kept luggage with us, went and had breakfast, then got in line and left the ship, went fairly easy.
