Review summary

We went as a family of 4. We had so much fun! The only part we didn't like was Ensenada. Not much to see and just boring. Catalina Island was so much fun. So much to do on the ship. They do know how to entertain you! Overall, we had a blast! Even the kids did:)

We rented a golf cart for $45! It was so cool to see all of Catalina Island on our own! If you want to go kayaking, get off the ship and you can rent kayaks for $15 an hour! Way cheaper then the excursion. Just a little tip;) Shops area was fun to walk around. We really liked Catalina Island.

Ensenada, Mexico

Do an excursion if you want to get off the ship. Otherwise very boring if you go out on your own. Beach is to far to walk. And to use the bathroom you have to pay! We just didn't like it at all.

Ensenada is really a port you have to plan an excursion. I have had some good times there. Loved the wine tasting tour and the blowhole excursions! Also been horseback riding there. Just need to plan.

Thank you so much for your reviews!

Unfortunately they need an international port on the itinerary to keep it legal and Ensenada is close. I agree with you on that port.
