Review summary

Best part was definitely the evening dining experience in the Main Diningroom...

because of the Wait Staff - Adrian - Errol - Suyrol were respectful, professional,

helpful, entertaining, and funny.  They MADE the experience so enjoyable.  One suggestion.... we had 6 couples at our table - 12 people was too many to really get to know each other on any level... this should have been an opportunity for "bonding" in a shared experience.... unfortunately, we all felt that we got little opportunity to really get to know one another through sharing stories about our experiences.  Would have been so much better to have had maximum 3 -4 couples seated together.

The buffet was efficient, food quality was good... however, there were times when the dining was crowded with people (such as after an onshore excursion) and the buffet attendants were literally pulling food away from customers stating that the buffet was closing.  Maybe the timing was wrong - but could have been handled more professionally.

The enterainment in the Main Theater was enjoyable - talented singers, dancers.

Some of the "game show" events were over the top and at times inappropriate.

The musical groups in the various lounges were amazingly gifted and provided lively entertainment.

The embarkation and disembarkation process was amazingly organized and efficient for that large amount of people.  We were quickly processed and on our way both on and off the ship... a real pleasure.

Just a suggestion..... the ship's staff was so focused on doing their various jobs that the majority of them rarely smiled or acknowledged a visitor when passing by them.... basic "customer awareness" and establishing an atmosphere of welcoming  and appreciation that the passengers chose that particular ship for their vacation.
