Review summary

This was our first cruise and it was wonderful. We had a few issues with our room (the sewer backed up and flooded the room), but after talking sternly with Guest Services, we were eventually given an upgraded room.

In the future I will not book through Cheap Cruises. Immediately after booking we started receiving unwanted telemarketing calls from across the country. Plus, most cruise lines' websites have low price guarantees. We could have saved money by booking directly with Carnival.

Ports of call

Long Beach (Los Angeles), California

Using Google Maps app it was super easy to take the city bus from the Long Beach airport to the cruise port. It only cost $1.25 per person.

Ensenada, Mexico

If you're looking for souvenirs, they are much less expensive in town than at La Bufadora.

Welcome to the world of cruising.  Thanks for posting your review here.  Sorry that you had to deal with a plumbing problem.
