Review summary

I cruise Carnival all the time (10+ cruises) and opportunity to have fun is always there. However, the crew to passenger ratio is getting worse, at least in the dinning areas. Service overall is poor at best. Took 20 minutes to get a drink and most of the time we had to request a bar person in the dining room. Lido service was worse. When we inquired as to where to could locate cream for coffee, they pointed over there and walked away. One couldn't even understand milk, cream, leche, etc much less get it for you. No coffee, juice, tea service, just get it yourself. Not your normal relaxed service.

Ports of call

Cozumel, Mexico

Key West, Florida

Pros: Easy on and off, quick trip, fun ports

Cons: Dining Room Service, Bar Service and general attentiveness - Poor

Recommends Carnival Imagination? No.
