I would recommend this ship only because the staff changes and that leaves room for better service for others hopefully

The Information Desk/Purser Desk were wonderful and extrememly helpful
the phote gallery was tuff to deal at times hard to understand some of them but friendly
the 'captians' dinner was the worse thing we went to!! the waiter was rude and rushed the person taking pictures didnt understand us and we were not able to get a 'family' picture in the dining room all dressed up!!
the room cleaining people one was very helpful but not all the way thru 'complete'....the sheets were dirty it took 3 sets of sheets to get clean'er' ones....the safety bar on the pulldown bed for my child was broke and there was no rush on the ships end to fix it until morning....we had a 'melted' light cover one the 'bed' lights that several times we ask for it to be replace because when it was on it sounded like it was sizzling and crackling and that NEVER was taken care of.....
we had to ask the room keeper if he would make some towels animals for my daughter because thats what she saw on 'tv' and by the 3rd night we had to ask
Many of the vacationers found many 'lido' deck staff to be quite rude and nasty

the buffet was not bad....not much if you happen to have a picky eater like mine BUT the head chef was GREAT!!! he was wonderful with her and it really made her feel special she left telling us she was going to marry a chef LOL

knowing that the 'staff' changes maybe next time it will be better....

we hit Atlantis a bit of a walk to get there and back def wear you sneakers and then change to sandals/flip flops......you just cant do this trip in one day its huge with so much going on and the sites and slides and food and drinks.........everyone there was great.....dont worry about towels they have towels hut everywhere and if you 'lose' yours on the way around the place just grab another one.....carnival did not tell us that they supply the towels and we had brought the carnival ones...DONT!!!! if you loose them you have to pay for them at 22 a pop!! we kept them in the lockers there they have 3 different size lockers for very reasonable prices!!!! food/music/drinks/towels/sites/slides/marine life DONT MISS THIS OPPORTUNITY!!!!!
