Review summary
I would recommend this ship only because the staff changes and that leaves room for better service for others hopefully The Information Desk/Purser Desk were wonderful and extrememly helpful the phote gallery was tuff to deal at times hard to understand some of them but friendly the 'captians' dinner was the worse thing we went to!! the waiter was rude and rushed the person taking pictures didnt understand us and we were not able to get a 'family' picture in the dining room all dressed up!! the room cleaining people one was very helpful but not all the way thru 'complete'....the sheets were dirty it took 3 sets of sheets to get clean'er' ones....the safety bar on the pulldown bed for my child was broke and there was no rush on the ships end to fix it until morning....we had a 'melted' light cover one the 'bed' lights that several times we ask for it to be replace because when it was on it sounded like it was sizzling and crackling and that NEVER was taken care of..... we had to ask the room keeper if he would make some towels animals for my daughter because thats what she saw on 'tv' and by the 3rd night we had to ask Many of the vacationers found many 'lido' deck staff to be quite rude and nasty the buffet was not bad....not much if you happen to have a picky eater like mine BUT the head chef was GREAT!!! he was wonderful with her and it really made her feel special she left telling us she was going to marry a chef LOL knowing that the 'staff' changes maybe next time it will be better....Ship experiences
