All of the staff were very friendly and attentive. Our room steward Thet and the Havana Pool bartender David did exceptionally well. Karen, Diana and Princess at the Alchemy bar were great.

The Havana pool area needed some work. Some rust and bad tiles showing.
Cabin / Stateroom

Thet our cabin steward made sure the cabin was taken care of every day. My wife did request towel animals and he provided them every day.
