This was a relaxing 8 day cruise with a great itinerary and 4 sea days. We really enjoyed the many options for lunch and dinner.

Food and Dining

Only did dinner in the MDR one night but it was really good. We took advantage of the many other places to eat on the Horizon, which were very good.
Guy's Pig & Anchor Bar-B-Que
5 out of 5
One of my favorite places to hangout. Probably because I bought the souvenir growleršŗšIt was $55 for the initial purchase then $20 to refill. It holds 64oz of beer. A good deal if youāre not on the Cheers package. The food here was also pretty good.
Cucina del Capitano

Finally did the pasta bar for lunch. It was very good and was nice to not have the madness of Lido around you while eating.
Bonsai Teppanyaki

An amazing and fun experience! Glad we came hungry because it was a lot of food. Food was incredible!
Bonsai Sushi

Great Sushi and soups. Probably the best staffed restaurant on the ship.
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
We saw 2 of comedians and they were great. As always get in line early to ensure you get a seat. The lounge has a nice layout and can accommodate quite a lot of people. Lots of trivia going on and it was definitely a popular activity. Iām never impressed with the Playlist productions. We tried one show and it disappointed us again. The military appreciation gathering was great as usual. Always some great stories. The playing of Taps is always emotional. I did the brewery tour and it was a lot of fun. Don the master brewer on board was great. The tour was $30 per person and included lots of beer and a cool pint glass at the end.

Service and Staff
5 out of 5
The staff never disappoint us. So many friendly and helpful crew members. The bartenders in Pig and Anchor were great, especially Danni. Our room steward was great as usual. The staff at sea day brunch in the MDR were very impressive. The Fun Squad brought the high energy and were funny as usual.
Ship Quality

Very clean and well maintained ship. But she is only 6 years old. Always seeing staff around cleaning and maintaining her appearance.
Cabin / Stateroom

This was our first Cove balcony and we really enjoyed it. It was pretty cool being so close the water. Everything was clean and in good condition. The room is below the guest services area but we didnāt hear a lot of noise above us. Didnāt hear much noise from the hallway or our neighbors either. I would book this room again.
Ship tip
The smart elevators can require a lot of patience. I saw a lot of people using them incorrectly which adds to the wait.
Walked across the floating bridge and enjoyed the shopping area over the bridge.
We also went to Bonaire(Shipmate didnāt have an option to review that port of call) We did the water taxi to Klein Bonaire and enjoyed the amazingly clear water and great snorkeling.
Our debarkation went very well. I always know itās going to be the most challenging test of everyoneās patience, but we made it through it pretty quickly. The digital debarkation process worked well for us, but I heard that a fair amount of people never got their notifications to head down to deck 3 and leave. I was definitely stressed that morning as we had a 10:30am flight out of FLL. I received the debarkation notification at 7:50, we were priority group C, and was off the ship at 8:07. We carried our own luggage off the ship. We arrived at FLL at 8:50. Due to many possible chances for delays and issues I would not recommend having a flight that early. The stress was worth it. I definitely felt fortunate that everything went so smoothly for us.
My wife and I were on that trip and couldnt agree with you more! It was a fantastic trip all the way around. The only part that sucked is coming back to work lol
Appreciate your detailed feedback and informative review. Great attitude about debarkation. We havenāt cruised since the new digital version started. Sounds like itās a good thing. Glad you enjoyed your cruise.
