Review summary

Enjoyed the cruise itself, the food was delicious, staff were very accommodating and gracious. The embarkation and disembarkation were not very organized and the bottleneck during disembarkation was nothing short of pandemonium.

Disembarkation

It was AWFUL!!!!! Everyone was pushed to leave the ship without clear instruction and having to stand in line like cattle for almost an hour. Terrible, terrible experience at Miami port as well. The disembarkation left a bad enough taste in my mouth that I won’t go to Miami again anytime soon.
