The food was amazing! I never had a bad bite. There were also so many options. In 8 days, I still didn’t get to try everything. There are countless great grab and go options for lunch, and there are a lot of specialty dining options for dinner. I cannot recommend the trash can nachos at Guys Pig and Anchor Smokehouse Brewhouse enough. They are amazing! Also, Bonsai Sushi, Ji Ji Asian Kitchen, Cucina Del Capitano, they are all so good. The dinner in the main dining room was also delicious each night and was spot on! I would give it a 100/5 if I could.
Onboard Activities

So many things to do! Everything from Sky Course (their ropes course), Sky Ride (this was amazing), Sky Court (basketball and soccer court), Dr. Suess Waterworks, Serenity, Tides Pool, Lido Pool, The Clubhouse, Sky Greens (mine golf), IMAX theater, Cloud 9 Spa, and their amazing activities, games, trivia, shows, and more. It is impossible to be bored on the Carnival Horizon. There is so much to do! The Carnival Horizon is amazing when it comes to the amount of options available. There really is something for everyone on the Horizon.
Entertainment

Everyone from the musicians, comedians, and Playlist performers are amazing. There is so much talent onboard and it is amazing to witness. Celestial Strings was our favorite show. It was breathtaking.

They were really good! Our kids loved Carnival’s programs a lot better than Norwegian and Royal Caribbean!

The crew members were amazing. So many of them learned our names and used them throughout the entire cruise. Carnival Cruise Line definitely has the best staff in the entire industry!

Room was large, clean, had plenty of chargers and storage space. All around, the room was great! The beds were SUPER comfortable! Also, the balcony had stunning views
Ship tip
Try the specialty dining options. They are delicious and very reasonably priced.
Went to the waterfalls and slid down them. It was fun. Also, the port was built by Carnival and they have cabanas, zip lines, water slides, splash zones, and a large pool. There is also shopping.
I went on this cruise twice. Back in 2019, then again last year. It is a beautiful ship and an amazing itinerary. I enjoyed it so much that I'm booked again next fall.
