Review summary

This cruise was very well organized so we could fully relax and enjoy. The procedure after disembarkation was bad, almost missed out flight. No communication, organization or compensation of our extra costs.

After a very smooth off-boarding the information, communication, organization and coordination stopped! My parents bought a ticket for the Carnival-shuttlebus from boat to the airport. At the busstop we stood nearly 2 hours in the poring rain. There was no bus and no one knew what was going on or was handeling the situation. We were actually very annoyed and disappointed. We had to make extra costs and just made it to the airplane in time. No compensation was offered.
