We must have been on ship with you. We also had same experience and everyone was so nice and friendly. I loved the hand washing machines near buffet on Lido deck. I put on all my rings and washed and they were as clean as going to a jewelers. Loved it. Very clean ship the soul of our shoes never got dirty
