Getting the Havana cabin was probably the best decision we made for this cruise. When all the chairs were packed on Lido, we never had a hard time finding a chair by the Havana pool.
Embarkation

We showed up right at 11 and got in the early line. We were on the boat and eating lunch in less than 30 minutes.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining

Most of the food was decent; there were a few items that were wonderful and some that were not.
Bonsai Teppanyaki

We did this for lunch and it was worth it! Chef Erick was funny.
Onboard Activities

It seemed like there was always something going on around the boat.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Everyone we encountered was amazing! Our room steward Zee made sure we had everything we needed. Tomi and his team in the Meridian dining room are exceptional. Dewa in the Havana bar was great too.
Ship Quality

Someone was always cleaning something.
Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
I LOVED the Havana cabana cabin and I would do it again every time. It’s absolutely worth the extra cost. I don’t know if it was just our door or all of them, but it was very loud and creaky with the ocean waves so there was almost constant noise day and night.
Ship tip
Be patient with the staff, they’re short staffed and they work very hard.
We took a cab to Eagle Beach and walked down to Palm Beach. Just sat on the beach and had some drinks for a little while. Beach and water were beautiful
We did an island tour on a bus and our guide Margaret was very knowledgeable. Had we known snorkeling was highly rated in this country, that’s what we would’ve done (but all the more reason to come back!)
This was chaos. We docked late so many people were already frustrated. No one was listening to any directions given. Everyone crowded in the elevator bay on deck 3, and there was some kind of medical emergency so they struggled to get medical personnel in to assist. The staff tried hard to keep some kind of control and order, but it was still just a mess.
