The cruise was my first one. The entertainment was amazing, the staff was friendly and helpful. The food was horrible except maybe a few things. The ports were easy for the most part. The process to get on and off the ship was super easy. We ended up getting covid from this trip and i was super motion sick. I spent the last 2 days puking and could barely sleep from hitting waves super hard. The ship was clean and if someone sat down trash they were super fast to pick it up.

The food quality was not good. Tons of the guests were talking about how it wasn't as good as years before. This was my first cruise and I thought the quality of food was awful too. Drinks were good. We had the drink package and i was happy to learn coffee specials and milkshakes were included.
Onboard Activities

there was always something to do. I wish i was more comfortable doing them alone, i would have experienced more. But the staff was absolutely amazing about hyping up everyone.

I loved the show we went to watch in the theater. A guy his as a ghost and everyone thought he was a prop until he moved and scared everyone. He stood there for at least 30 minutes without moving. I LOVED it.

My bedroom stewart was absolutely amazing. She made sure we had everything we needed. She wouldn't let us walk by without checking in and telling us to have fun. She came by to knock on the door when she heard i was sick and checked on us. Seriously if i ever came back on a cruise, SHE would be why. Her name is Kanokkorn. She took care of us on floor 1.

They kept everything clean. Bathroom always had toilet paper, they picked up drinks and food left out almost as immediately people were walking away.
Cabin / Stateroom

It was super clean and we never lacked Anything. If we had wet towels they were switched out for dry. The only complaint is it was HOT and we had to request a fan.
Ship tip
Make sure you bring motion sickness meds and patches if you get sick easily. Bring a beach bag and o carry stuff off ship to the shore.
The beach was absolutely beautiful. We had to wait a super long time for a taxi, i don't think this place is prepared for so many people being dropped off at once.
I have to say our last cruise in Horizon, I did notice the food wasn’t as good, but just in the MDR. And the fries and guys. We still did enjoy it though.
