Review summary

I was very disappointed in the guest services ability to credit my bill in a timely manner, after someone stole my room keys and forged my signature to run up a bar tab on my bill the very first day. It took 4 days standing in line at GS and being told that i had signed for these charges so they weren't going to do anything. They finally credited the biggest charge but i was still left a 7.00 charge of which i ended up having to pay. Even though the rest of my cruise was great this caused me to never want to dail Carnival again. I was looking for relief from stress not more stress on my vacation!
