Review summary

I didn't like the system w elevators, always packed. Food at dining restaurant sometimes cold. Ice machines shut down everywhere after certain time. Pizza line ALWAYS long. Pools always packed Customer Service line always long

You scored onboard activities as super low but didn’t expound upon that as much as food which had a higher rating… west didn’t you like about the activities or what were you expecting that wasn’t there?

I was on Horizon in 2019, and yes, the elevator system is a mess. By halfway the cruise, I just used the stairs.
