Room Stewart’s were amazing ship personal need to take customer service training courses they were very rude and very unaccommodating And offered me $54 after informing them I showered for the past week due to their unfiltered water pipes in the bathroom of my cabin. my room had fecal matter in the tub which we discovered on Friday and they were willing to do nothing to accommodate us it was absolutely disgusting I have videos and pictures

I stayed on the carnival Horizon cruise from 828-9/3. The total cost for my stay Stateroom 11205 spa room with bathtub came out to approximately 2,845 $ dollars, the housekeeping staff was PHENOMENAL, however every other service staff including management needs to retake customer service etiquette; sensitivity; and culturally appropriate trainings offered. Let me begin this terrible episodic vacation in detail from bad to worse to absolute I ly obscenely disgusting, our room reeked of kitty litter from the day we arrived of course as a first time cruiser I assumed nothing of it. We scheduled a couples massage in advance through the website and paid in advance only to be charged a later fee for gratuities after paying our tip in cash to the masseuse, We arrived an hour late to port and missed a prepaid excursion, we were able to select a different activity on site for 50 dollars less of our initial price. only to discover on Friday that we have been bathing and unfiltered dirty water basically showering in feces. Yes that’s right fecal matter that tinted the water when you turned on the water. They immediately came in and replaced the pipes and filters in both the bathroom and sinks. When this was brought to guest services attention they offered a $54 courtesy even though we still had another nice day. After refusing that and requesting to speak to a manager we were forced to wait an additional half an hour and missed our dinner reservation at the hibachi. They then offered $160 credit sharing it was their company policy not to return or compensate for anything else. I am not allowed to upload videos, or I could show you exactly what was produced in the tub.
After doing 6 or 7 cruises a year , and having reached 75 cruises now , we have gotten to know some what , many ships officers , and I have to agree that Bianca should Not have the job she has , she is not a people person and has NO personality ,
You should try Holland America or Celebrity for your next cruise. We are not big fans of those short cruises in the Caribbean they are always on old ships and tend be noisy party boats and the ships are in poor condition. Your trip sounds particularly bad!
It definitely sounds like cruising is not for you. Most people love it, but it’s not for everyone. Maybe a five star all inclusive resort would be better.
