This is the 2nd time I've been on the Horizon and had the same itinerary. I would do this same one over and over again. I love the Horizon's layout, the ship is beautiful and always clean. The food is top of the line. Lots of activities for all ages. Cruise director, Donkey, was so much fun!

All staff were very friendly & willing to please. Our stateroom was cleaned daily with fresh towels every time we needed them. Waiters were right there for anything you needed. Other staff was always happy to help you find what you needed or give directions to somewhere on the ship.

The ship design is beautiful and layout is easy to navigate. Staff was always making sure all areas of ship was clean and well maintained.
Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was small interior room, but all we needed (3 of us in room). The beds were comfortable with soft sheets and comforters. My grandson said the overhead pull man was very comfortable. The room was cleaned every day with fresh sheets and towels as well.
Ship tip
Follow all safety rules and be back to the ship on time if you go into port.
best snorkeling excursion I've ever been on. The water was clear & just the right temp. Excellent gear instruction prior to entering water. 1st time I've ever got to see colored coral reef and the colorful marine life was beautiful. Beautiful scenery. Shopping was fun and picked up some great souvenirs. The people in Jamaica are so friendly and helpful. We also got to do some rum tasting. I highly recommend the Chocolate Rum Cream and the Rum Punch.
Sting ray swim excursion - Absolutely wonderful excursion. The captain of the boat & his crew were very knowledgeable about the sting rays. We were able to touch and learned how to hold a ray. I even got a kiss and a back rub from a sting ray.
Shopping was in Grand Cayman was fun and again picked up some nice souvenirs for reasonable prices.
Cozumel is my favorite place in the whole world to visit. Went to Chankanaab Park for most of day. Got the package for all you can eat food & drinks. The food was okay, but the drinks were excellent. There is a dolphin show, dolphin swim, seal show, and snorkeling areas. Lagoon was small but clean for swimming. Also a pool for swimming as well. Picked up some souvenirs in park, then went on a little scavenger hunt for charm bracelet & charms in town. Found the bracelet & 2 charms. Went to the 3 Amigos for drinks before going back to ship. The food at 3 Amigos is awesome and they serve the best margaritas ever.
We opted for late debarkation - went smoothly with no everyone getting off ship before 10:00a.m. Luggage was in baggage claim zone quickly. Lots of taxis if you need one to take you to hotel or airport if you need one.
