Enjoyed the itinerary but didn't enjoy the ship other than the imax
Embarkation

Embarkation was simple and quick. Had a 11am appointment and was on board by 1130

Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
Felt there could've been more activities going on for the amount of people on board. With it being 100% capacity it was hard trying to find something to do without feeling or worrying about capacity and distancing

Children's Programs
5 out of 5
Loved camp ocean for my kids. Felt the staff really get to know your kids during the trip. Also loved the fact the staff take the kids to the sports deck to engage in activities
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Staff were amazing except for one person in guest services. The one person is not customer oriented or a people person. There was a known error from the first day with people being charged for activities they did not purchase. That one person seemed to think people were making it up and everyone's billing was correct.
Ship Quality
3 out of 5
For a ship this size and has a capacity of 4,000 people there should be more washer and dryers. There were only a total of 16 washer and dryers as there is not a laundromat on every floor. Also felt like a ship with modern technology there were many malfunctions.
Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
Room was decent.
Ship tip
On this ship just remind yourself you are on vacation. If doing laundry bring your own soap because it will run out sooner than you think. Also for the elevators push what floor you are going to by how many people are in your group. Ex: group of 4 push floor 10 4xs that way more than 1 elevator comes
I feel I would've liked it more had it not been full capacity. With 4,000 people on board it was impossible to go in the whirlpools (even in serenity) pools and in some venues without being on top of each other. The activities while I was on board were the same every other day. I did find certain places to have less people like the library and used that to my advantage to get away from crowds.
