Always kind and courteous. Very impressive how they remember your name everywhere you go despite having to deal with thousands of guests. I was on in September and came back in November and several crew members recognized and greeted me by name. I was very impressed!

On my first trip I had a deluxe Oceanview cabin. It was as expected, clean and comfy. The tub was too small to use comfortably but having an extra bathroom to get dressed in was great. The second time I returned I had a suite. I enjoyed the extra space and the perks that come with it
