Review summary

This cruise was amazing from the moment we stepped on the ship to the very last goodbye at the terminal. The bartenders were amazing, the wait staff was fast, personable and awesome. The Cabin stewards were impeccable. They made sure that we had anything we needed anytime of day. The island ports were great, there wasn't a mob of people waiting to sell things the moment we stepped off the ship, everyone was very accommodating when it came to COVID concerns. I was hesitant because of the rules regarding mask wearing but it was barely noticeable with all of the fun we had. I can't wait to get back on this ship.

Embarkation

Embarkation was streamlined. From the time we stepped out of the car at the port, to the the moment I was standing on the lido deck, at most 10 minutes. with at least 3-4 being walking through the terminal and up the gangway.

Food and Dining

The main dining room food was great the staff made the experience even better. The chefs table was the most amazing experience. There was some incredible table side entertainment that went along with the amazing multi-course dinner prepaid and served by the chef.

Ocean Plaza

This is a great area in general, this is where trivia was held. This area also has its own bar as well as a small hot bar meaning if we didn't want to go up to the lido deck we could go here and get food during the day. Also there was outdoor access.

The Chef's Table

The variety, the delectable bites, the table side service by the chef as well as table side entertainment. AMAZING!!! This definitely worth the money and I can't wait to experience it again.

Guy's Burger Joint

The burgers are great, always fresh and those that work there are very accommodating. The pig patty and chili burgers are delicious. Also being able to add other condiments and topping on your own makes it even better

Onboard Activities

The onboard activities were great. Trivia, karaoke, deck parties, so much fun. The only reason the rating is as low as it is, there was no Dr. Seuss breakfast and I was really looking forward to truffle tree pancakes.

Entertainment

The comedians were great and amazing topical variety. The violinist trio was mind blowing. I could sit and listen to them for hours...in fact I did!!!

Service and Staff

The staff made me feel like family, the amazing personalized treatment made me see that they truly care about passengers and have love for the work they do. Bartenders making sure we kept hydrated, learning our favorite drinks and how we like them.

Ship Quality

There was not a speck of dust to be found on the ship. Everything was sanitized continually, allowing for all guests to relax and enjoy their time.
