Major shout out to the Casino staff. Sree, Sara, Maria, Made, Jelena, and Adrian have been on staff on Horizon for a few of my sailings. Before I get on Horizon I always hope that at least one of them will be there. I was SO lucky! They were ALL there on my November 7, 2021 trip. They work long hours and it must be exhausting, but you would never know it. It's all about the casino staff for my guests and for me and they did not disappoint, once again. They are so friendly, always asking if you need anything or if they can make your trip even better, and honestly, that is why I am a repeat cruiser on this boat and Carnival in general. I hope this review gets passed on to them because they make my trips BEYOND 5 Stars!!
