Nice ship but not impressive... I really love cruising and after going on Carnival Fascination and not loving it I decide to try the second time with a newer ship. Horizon has nothing extraordinary compare to other cruise lines. The skyride was one of the main attraction but hasn't being working for over 6 months. They just not let you know until the week before. Entertainment is not a priority here so either you drink, get in the pool or just eat what you can. Well they have entertainment like musicians,bingo or party on the deck but No atracttions or something that set this Ship above the others. This is my 4th cruise and definitely will keep going back to Royal!!!

Burgers, Burritos, Deli and Pizzeria el Capitano were good, hot and prepare on the spot. Main Dining rooms were more of the same and I cant even start with the buffets (cold,bad, no variety) They use various stations but with the same menu... they just force you to eat on the specialty dinnings.

Skyride the main attraction has being close for more than 6 months. But they still promote it ..to send you a email days before embarking apologizing for the inconvenience (surprise surprise is not working) ohh but they work on it one day put of the 8. Pools too small, kids area partially close but nice. They really need to step up there game

Musicians were really good they did there job. Everything else was expecting more... but they have drinks for adults so that makes everything great!!!

Love the programs.. it was always something for the kids to do. The staff was great. This is actually the only entertainment the kids have other than movies or pool.

Read and use the elevator correctly dont frustrate other because u wanna be lazy...
I was on horizon first week April everything was working sky ride all it that was just 5 months ago so I know it worked with in last 6 months all activities was working great
