No reason to believe the negative comments. Great ship, great staff, service, food, shows/entertainment and experience!!!! Yes if you aren’t used to the new elevators, you may be confused or wait a little longer than usual, but that’s just change. They really are great. But I have these type at my work so I was used to them already. Sports Square is amazing!!! Just a great ship and with it being a sold out cruise, it didn’t feel crowded!Embarkation

With the bad reviews of the Horizon, I was leery of going on it. No reason to be concerned. The Horizon was absolutely wonderful!!! Staff, food, entertainment, experience...everything was top notch. Yes, if you aren’t used to the elevators, you may get confused or wait a bit longer, but that’s called change. I have these type of elevators at work so I was used to them. Great ship, outstanding staff, great food as to be expected, amazing shows/entertainment, Mike the cruise director and fun squad was a blast...just a stellar time was had on a new ship!!!
